November 15th Program

Interventional Oncology is now known as the "4th Arm" or "4th Pillar" of Oncology treatment!

Come learn about this emerging field in Oncology AND ENJOY A NIGHT AT THE AMERICAN SIGN MUSEUM - as an END-OF-YEAR THANK YOU TO OUR REGIONAL ONCOLOGY NURSES!

  • Dr Attef Mikhail - Director of Interventional Oncology at St Elizabeth Hospital will talk to us about how this 4th Arm can help our patients and what we need to know to be up to date as this specialty becomes part of regular care in Oncology
  • This has become the means to treat patients who aren't amenable or agreeable to more invasive surgery or systemic treatments and it can also be given in concert with conventional treatments.
